Others' Skyscrapers don't dwarf your Abode
The world unabashedly contours your raw thoughts
Trances you, dupes you and puts you in a fix
Muddy the waters to make it feel deep
Overshadow your demeanor and leave you to weep
Leave you weeping and offer no aid
Accept, deny , turn a tail or masquerade
They give a tinker's damn,
And you get merely played
To your belated realisation,
Don't trap yourself and be a misfit
For you to exist,
You aren't supposed to be socially legit
Living others dreams you can't afford
World is incapacitated to make you feel flawed
Your musings need not strike a chord,
Others' skyscrapers don't dwarf your abode.
